Aggregate and privacy-preserving: no head counts, no individual activity, small cohorts suppressed. Popularity is not evidence of safety or effectiveness.

Convert an amount between mg and mcg exactly. IU ↔ mass conversion only works with a peptide whose profile documents an IU-per-mg factor (pass `peptide`); otherwise the result is an iu_factor_missing issue, never an assumed factor. Pure arithmetic: not a dosing recommendation.

Concentration of an amount dissolved in a volume of liquid (amount ÷ volume), as mg/mL, mcg/mL and, with a peptide's documented factor, IU/mL. Pure arithmetic on the given numbers: it does not suggest amounts, volumes or how to prepare anything.
