How to connect Google Docs to Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the remote server URL from the server page and sign in.
  3. For a local server, add it to Claude Desktop's config or run claude mcp add in Claude Code.

Custom connectors work on Free (one connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Remote connectors connect from Anthropic's cloud, so the server must be publicly reachable.
